    Shipping & Returns

    Our products are produced and shipped domestically in the U.S.A in Florida. The production of our custom products usually takes 2-3 business days.

    Carriers

    For USA Domestic orders, we use USPS First Class with tracking.

    For International orders, we use UPS or USPS, both use the equivalent First Class International service. Once the package has landed in the destination country, it is delivered by the domestic mail carrier in that country.

    Delivery times:

    These could vary according to the current Covid situation in each country. The below are rough estimates, as at Nov 2020:

    Processing

    Apparel:
    Most of our items are made to order. Printing times can vary. Currently we are printing and delivering within 7-10 days. Please note that although we try our best to get items out to you as quickly as possible, from time to time unforeseen things happen that could delay the stated time estimated above.

    Our apparel is proudly printed in the US. We use quality soft cotton material and our prints will not fade after washing. If you notice any fading within 30 days we will gladly replace the item. Our quality guarantee also covers defective material and workmanship.

    Jewelry & Accessories: 
    All our custom items are hand made to order. Please allow 1-2 days for processing and production before your item is shipped to you.

    RETURNS:

    There is nothing more important to us than your satisfaction! If you want to return your Item for any reason, please contact us within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

    Custom Items (apparel or jewelry): For custom and personalized items, please understand that your order was unique to you and we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to misspellings from your custom request or size changes. In the event you need to request a change please email us and we will help to offer the best solution. And for the same reasons as returns and exchanges we cannot offer refunds for custom and personalized items.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Re-stocking and exchange fee are applicable.

    Note: Free + Shipping Items are not eligible for refunds (b/c they are free). You can, however cancel your order within 24 hours and it will be honored.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Some health and personal care items

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send back only to the approved return address above.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once a refund approved and your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (Please see note above regarding custom and personalized items).

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item due to selecting the wrong size, contact us here for approval.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and any re-stocking fee's and or size upgrade fee's applicable. 

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
